Requests & Instructions

Before installing for the first time please follow the 4 steps below!

1. Print Order Form /return check to Riverside for $25.00 

2. Receive Software/Visit the SuccessMaker Parent Website, Create an Account (PDF file) , and watch the required installation video.

3. Install SuccessMaker on your computer.

4. Login at http://sme.gwinnett.k12.ga.us  **Student and Parent Login Information Below

5. If installation was not successful please print off this “Troubleshooting Guide”.

6. Installation Errors/Program Problems? Call Tech Support @ 1-888-977-7100

             *Choose option 2 , then option 1 from the SuccessMaker/Pearson Menu.

             **If the support number can not solve your problem please contact me.

Student Login Information:

Student User Name: Student ID

Student Password: #####

School Code/Site: Riverside

 

Parent Login Information:

Parent User Name: Last 4 #’s of your youngest child’s student ID & Your Last Name with a 10 character limit

             (Example: 1234Doe)

             Parent Password: Your Youngest Child’s Student ID

             (Example: 123456789)

Parent Reports Instructions are on pages 9-10 of the provided “Quick Reference Guide for Home Users”.

 

 

 

 

Summer At-Home Instructions: Continue to work as usual, but be aware that in mid July SuccessMaker will be taken down to update the data for the next school year.

Error Update: Was your SuccessMaker working and now it is not?  If so please follow this trouble shooting guide.

Can’t get it installed to begin?  Call the tech support number on step 6.
