1. 2010 Open House Form: Complete for each student in your family. 2. Register a free account for MealpayPlus. (Current customers use your existing account log-in information.) 3. MealpayPlus: Pay on-line (headphones, agenda books, contributions, lunch, etc..) in the “Make a Payment” section. **Help Needed with MealpayPluse? Use the “Need help? Click here.” link *Example: My son/daughter is in 1st grade so I pay for headphones, car-rider #, contributions, etc. listed as 1st grade. If you have multiple children please pay for each child based on their 2010-11 grade level. 4. Print & Keep a Student/Parent Handbook for each family (Coming in late July). 5. Print, Complete, and Bring a PTA Membership Form for each family to Open House. 6. Print, Complete, and Bring a PTA Volunteer Form for each family to Open House. 7. Print the School Supplies List and bring supplies to open house. If you don’t have your child’s student id number please refer to your child’s report card
